Product Condition:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and include all components, accessories, and original packaging.
Receipt or Invoice:
The original receipt or invoice must be provided as proof of purchase when requesting a return or exchange.
Defective Products:
If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer has the right to return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. The customer should visit the product's technical support center for an inspection, and the technical report should be attached with the defective device when requesting a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Products:
- Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- Products that have been tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Policy:
The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. The refund may take some time depending on the payment method and bank.

For online purchases, customers can arrange a return or exchange via a shipping service. Shipping costs will be refunded if there is a manufacturing defect.
Return and Exchange for Products Covered by iQ-Store Warranty:
Return and Exchange Period:
Customers can return or exchange a product within 30 days of purchase if it is covered by the iQ-Store warranty.
Delivery and Inspection Procedures:
- Customers can deliver the product to the nearest branch. After delivery, the product will be sent for technical inspection.
- The technical inspection period does not exceed 72 hours.
- If the inspection report indicates a manufacturing defect, the product will be exchanged or returned according to the customer's preference.
Refund Policy:
If a product covered by the iQ-Store warranty is returned due to a manufacturing defect, the refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. The refund may take some time depending on the payment method and bank.

- Online Purchase: Customers can arrange a return or exchange through a shipping service. Shipping costs will be covered if there is a manufacturing defect.
