1. Order Approval and Pricing Details

• Order Confirmation: Some orders may be rejected or canceled for various reasons, and the iQ-Store team reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at any time without justification. Before completing the order, we may ask for additional information, such as phone number and address, for verification.
• Pricing Details: We strive to provide accurate pricing for all products, but errors may occur in some cases. If there is a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order at our discretion. We may contact you to correct information or inform you of an order cancellation if prices are incorrect.

2. General Terms

• Exclusive Offers: For special offers, a maximum of two products per customer per exclusive offer is allowed. Additionally, customers cannot combine multiple exclusive offers in the same order.
• Gifts and Promotions: Each customer is eligible for only one gift offer and cannot combine more than one gift offer in a single order.
• Purchase Confirmation: All purchases are subject to review, and you will receive a message either confirming the purchase or canceling it based on product availability and order conditions.

3. Shipping and Receiving Policy

• Identity Verification: When receiving the order from the delivery representative, customers are required to provide a copy of their ID to the representative to ensure the order is delivered to the correct person.
• Air Conditioner Shipping: Air conditioners are shipped and installed within 10 working days within Cairo and Giza Governorates only (excluding Giza suburbs).
• Individual Purchases Only: Purchase services on the iQ-Store website are for individual customers only. Retailers or companies cannot purchase through the website; they can contact the relevant department directly for bulk purchases.

4. Shipping Fees and Delivery Time

• Shipping Fees: Vary based on geographical location and order size. Fees will be displayed during the checkout process.
• Delivery Time: We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, and delivery time may vary based on customer location and product availability.
